At least for mine, botanists can. Have two in bungalow operating normally. I thought it bugged out because of hiring them but I guess not. Could be the person that said theirs can't is having a more severe bug issue with it.

It's Aug 16, 2025... well, that's nice... my game reset back to June, my keyboard settings option is no longer available and all my bindings reset to default. I just updated with the Aug 2025 update. HELP, I've fallen and I can't get up.

Looking at your post history, you don't seem like a very nice person and you apparently enjoy insulting other users, so I'm going to assume you're not making this suggestion in good faith.

Perhaps the Royal Scepter should say "You cannot gain more than 10 gold" as I believe the behavior is intentional - you are meant to exploit it by grabbing it when you have a ton of gold saved up to do heavy damage.

I could be wrong, of course.
