thats not true i bought Borderlands 3 on steam and if i start it on steam it open epic games launcher to play borderlands..

There are a lot adult games with a female hero, it's just that a lot of adult games are not on Steam. I recommend searching on itch.io, but not all representatives of the genre are there either (due to censorship).

Not really comparable.

VPNs *rent out* their own product. They don't act as a middleman for someone else's product, so they don't have to worry about revenue splits. They can also adjust capacity and degrade their own service if the value of Bitcoin drops, reducing the value of tokens they haven't yet converted to fiat currency..

Valve, on the other hand, mostly *sells* the products of third parties. They have to forward most of the money from product sales to publishers after around a month. Because most cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile, a sudden collapse in value (as happened at the end of 2022) could be absolutely disastrous for a company with over a hundred million active users with such massive turnover.

and don’t even get me started on how certain passports “open doors” while others trap you. white europeans waltz around the globe with their “strong passports” like the world is their playground, while people from the global south get interrogated, detained, and denied entry. it’s not an accident—it’s baked into the system. you can’t separate passports from imperialism.

so yeah, if you’re proudly flashing your little navy-blue or maroon book like it’s a cute travel accessory, congrats, you’re actively participating in a colonial hierarchy. anyone defending passports as “necessary” is basically siding with racist gatekeeping. wake up.

any game dev using passports is clearly just adding n@zi dog whistles to the game and should be ashamed of themselves.
