If NONE of your games will open, that's a you problem. I have 741 games, and every single one works perfectly.
Either you have a virus, spyware, malware, you messed up your system, your drive is failing or your entire computer is about to die.

This is a you-issue.
No one else has issues with Steam.

Its the texture overlay.

It's suppose to be transparent and higher above the soil.

No, I didn't download it because the modeler himself said that those bosses that didn't come out in the original version of the game can't be opened in files, like that
