the height limit being 151 cm/4.9 feet lowest you can go, yeah i'm sure that's the reason the game failed cause you can't make their character even shorter.

I don't know the answer, but the commenter above already replied that you can increase your speed with certain equipment or by eating certain foods.
In my opinion, the normal speed isn't too bad, but it's not very good for certain scenarios.
However, I don't see the point in increasing the overall speed in the game.

@Basan, in My way, i dont care if i pay another 60Euro to play another game, Battleground is good idea for me, because its not PUBG or Call of Duty, but AC in that style, with City, House what you cannot destroy, and this think, If, how you write Battlegrounds is already a ripp, that mean that style in FPS is dead, but you cannot say Battleground is dead in AC, if that game in not out, Or you cannot Write that, but with that you have 0 Profile and you are Privated, i dont know if i can belive one of what you Write. But that for messeg.
