well id imagine if they keep screwing up the player count will drop and there will be issues, or they will pick themselves up and try to rectify the issues we have now while taking preventative measures for the future
either way dbd will be around for a while, how long that while will be completely depends on the dev's and studio's competence

After starting the game, I ran into a Zealot from the new Architect culture. It was invisible on battlemap, and the model was horribly stretched in detailed view.
