Are you comparing playtime in a 7 year old MH game with expansion dlc with that of a MH game that hasn't been out for a year yet - as if that means something regarding replay value?

The better question to ask is why isn't the more expensive 2025 sequel to a 2018 game not obviously better in every single way?

I personally don't care to compare it directly with World, Rise or previous MH games - and certainly wasn't expecting for it to replace them. I tend to still play older releases even if there is a new game.

I can't get the Wilds experience in World/Rise, and vice versa. Credit to Capcom for keeping the series fresh I suppose.

то что они не пропадают я знаю. но если я купил их и активировал всю пачку, то теперь я не могу остановить их использование, и я не могу забирать награды что бы их не тратить и в тоже время не могу получить обычные награды если не потрачу перегрузки.

The way the shop has been for quite a while sucks. There's only a small amount of things that you can buy with kudos anymore and it's usually some crap that is stupid or that I already own.

I greatly prefer the OG shop to this current one because it felt like I could always grind and get something I wanted.

Yes but it's how the game makes revenue now, they can't swap back to being a pay for game and even if they could it wouldn't generate any money.


Anyone willing to spend more than 20+ hours on the game would be the guy to benefit from the OG shop system. But on a fundamental level it would eventually alter the playerbase, like when Fortnite first added the feature that 100 health/shield would be restored when eliminating another combatant. Everyone who was a casual fled the game, only leaving sweats who got very mad that had to exclusively play against people like themselves.
