I have been playing Dota 2 for 12 years now. I have spent 23,000 hours of my life playing Dota 2. I have sacrificed thousands of dollars to play Dota 2. I always try to do everything I can to win every game.

All I wanted was a normal matchmaking. Not destroyers and feeders, just normal players.

I am still sitting at 2000 MMR after 12 years of playing. Is this normal?

Hi, I have 25,000 hours of Dota 2. I'm Immortal. In this game, to climb your rank, you need to choose a role and study it. There's no point playing 20,000 hours doing the same old things. To climb, you have to make a difference in your matches. But I guarantee you it's totally possible. To get out of the 2k bracket, I recommend you play mid/HC; then when you get around 3.5/4k+ support, it starts to pay off more.

Go to YouTube, watch the professionals playing and try to understand everything they do because every detail has its reason.

why cant i just do support whole time tho

I like to maintain some data on hand to craft with, so instead of the current 'fill in the blank', perhaps an option "sell all data over x amount", or you can choose from a set of % of the data to sell options

You'll have to disable the DLCs when starting the new campaign. You can re-enable them in case your friend decides to get DLCs.
