Gratz! Technically that's the right thing to do since you need all the money you can get at the start, but I've also always farmed experience here for some reason.

I think I usually end this map at around 2-4 turns left at best. Or just raid my own villages :D

Imagine buying a game on an inferior plataform like GOG LMAO

Imagine contributing to Gabe Newell's seventh yacht and laughing about how developers loose out on 30% revenue because he imposed that "industry standard".

I would prefer to buy on GOG. Gabe has enough yachts. Only by customers moving to other platforms can we force Steam do reduce their cut.

I've ran a few runs so far as Mayano, all of them successful, but it's proving very difficult to hit the stat requirements, let alone stats + groundwork w/ green skills & 2 gold recoveries.

Might be able to min-max slightly better with my supp cards? idk, I think the real problem is that I don't have my own 9* stam parent. I could try borrowing a 9* stam parent for at least a few runs to see how much closer I get, I guess.

On the bright side, I know that individually each piece of this puzzle is certainly possible. Just got groundwork w/ the necessary green skills, and before that I got my 2 gold recoveries, but fell short of the raw stats every time. It's putting the puzzle pieces all together into a single run blessed personally by each of the Three Goddesses that's going to be brutal; and not just once, but three times (because if I somehow manage it with Mayano, I gotta do it again with Daiwa* and anime McQueen)

edit: my Mayano* supp deck is SR 3lb King Halo / SSR 0lb Suzuka / SR MLB Sweep Tosho / SSR 1lb Super Creek / SSR 0lb Gold Ship / borrow MLB Kitasan

edit 2: tried bringing MLB Air Groove for Groundwork but there is no way in hell I am hitting 1000+ stam with a singular Stam card, and if I bring less than 3 speed cards then idk how I'm gonna hit 1000 spd (again, without JUICED parents)

I've only done one run so far (committing most of my attempts--especially with daily guest legacies left--to trying to build parents) but I used four Stamina cards (MLB Super Creek, 0LB Seiun Sky, 3LB Mejiro McQueen, 1LB Manhattan Cafe) and two Speed cards (MLB Sweep Tosho, MLB Special Week). I'm sure I got pretty fortunate, but I got 1194 Speed (had 20% Speed growth rate) and 1050ish Stamina. (Oh, I was using 12* Stamina 6* Speed legacies.) So yeah, should definitely consider using more Stamina cards. If you're going for Swinging Maestro and Cooldown, that's already two Stamina cards going for you!

Having 9* Stamina parents would definitely help. If you borrow one when trying to make a parent, keep in mind you'll end up with, at worst, a 6* Stamina parent of your own! So you could potentially use that with a 9* borrowed legacy to start the run with +105 Stamina.

And, of course, patience will almost surely be necessary, unless you get a really lucky run right away lol But that's why we're starting to prepare now rather than later!

I'm back from shleep!

Part of me wanted to use Mayano's "BOFA" that's built into her kit, but I think that I will save that as a back-up option in case either Swinging Maestro or Cooldown doesn't popp during career. So yeah, with Mayano's 20% to stam, I'll be running 2 stam cards at minimum.

In addition, I'm about to try using a 9* stamina parent on Mayano for a few careers today, and see how close / quick it gets me to my stamina goal.

The anime McQueen that I'm using has 2* stam, so if I could get 3* stam on Mayano while borrowing a 3* stam parent, there's the 8* stam (minimum) parent that I need, which I can then use on anime McQueen.

Well, that's the plan anyway. Maybe for my Mayano run I'll just find a 6* stam parent with 3* speed. I'll post an update later / tomorrow on any progress.

It's a consequence of hosting a local server, the host will see the legs dragging behind due to the game's low server tickrate.
