What kind of speed cards do you have at all? Do you have at least 1 decent speed card to have alongside borrowed Kitasan? You can run 2 speed 4 wit deck for consistent careers, and save carats for Kitasan rerun (or any other card that you want) to pull for SRs again.

This is my current list of Speed and Wits SSR/SRs:

- 0LB SSR Air Shakur
- 1LB SR Daiwa Scarlet

- 0LB SR Mejiro Dober
- MLB SR [Messing Around] Nice Nature <- Probably the only good card I have but RNG keeps putting friendships in places I dont want
- MLB SR Ikuno Dictus

Yeah I guess you can pretty much ignore other cards and run 2 speed 4 wit.
Try Kitasan, Sweep, Nature, Daiwa, Agnes, and for the last card, King Halo / Mejiro Dober.
Make sure they are all max level at their LB, as it's the level that matters, not LB.

It is absolutely vital that you save for some good pullin' from a support card banner. You will eventually get something from there, but for now, just play and save.

None of the upcoming banners are very good (unless you are content with playing with weak cards for a looooong time, and lose the next PvP as well), so basically whenever you will have 30k, and if banner card looks alright, just go for it. 30k is not necessary, but you basically have a choice to 1. spend all your carats as they come, or 2. wait and save, spend them at once, and also get one bonus SSR.

Your goals should be:
Two MLB Speed SRs (they are all good), one of them preferably is Sweep Tosho, as she's usable by everyone - this is the msot important part, as in 95% of all races, you will be fielding at least 2-3 Speed cards.
Two to three MLB Wit SRs (Preferably Daiwa, alternatively Dober, Agnes and Sunday are second best)
Two MLB Power SRs (one of them being Hishi Amazon)
Two MLB Stamina SRs (they are all kind of crap IMO, Manhattan Cafe looks alright) and you will be super lucky if you have at least LB0 Creek.

Do I have to kill bosses?

Bosses have a stamina bar you can deplete with non-lethal weapons. They do tend to die in the cutscene after (I.E. the cutscene doesn't change to reflect it, you can't change the story by "sparing" bosses.) but it indeed won't count against your kill count in the post-game stat screen.

A zero-kill run is possible and I think easier then Splinter Cell because non-lethal weapons were extremely limited in SC, while in MGS3 you can do things like slam guards to KO them from the front while they're attacking you. I'm pretty sure in Splinter Cell you only had a very limited amount of sticky shockers, etc. and you didn't have any non-lethal melee attacks from the front. (Been a while since I played.)

I’ve decided to roll the dice and preorder the game. I’m a bit nervous whether it’ll be for me or not. If the game is successful do you think they would remaster the first Metal Gear Solid next?
