in conclusion, if EOMM exists, for normal people EOMM is making them lose games according to them, for me EOMM is making me win games, we are not the same

As I said before, EOMM cuts both ways. The MM system is designed to keep you engaged by putting you down a premade player path, not make you lose.

You notice the handful of threads that go something like "I made it to GM with an 80% win rate, but then I saw only loses despite playing the way"? For every couple people blaming all their losses on EOMM, there's a player that got boosted by the MM system, got full of themselves, and now tell everybody that it's a " skill issue".

Did you know that you can get the MM to carry you all the way to the top? It's sooooo broken lol.

It dose mean your odds of losing are lesser and the odds of Winning go up. If the game strives to keep it at 50/50(Anyone's game) Going in Pre-made an d stacked makes it 65-70% for you so it becomes 30/70 or 60/40. THis has been proven across multiple games that dont cap how many you have in a party.

In Destiny 2's PVP if i went solo, my odds are 50/50. If i went in with my PVP buds, my odds of winning jump when i go against solos. Its the same vice versa. This change stops Premads from just steam rolling through to One Above All. As i believe from player reports is that Solo players are at a higher % then Pre-Made groups. Right there you already have an advantage. You still have a 30-40% chance to lose, but the odds go up for you.

Have you ever been part of a high - end pug? A simple willingness to be flexible and also to use comms negate a most of the advantage that the average premade has. Any time a new game/ expansion/ content comes out, the most migraine- free way to level/ gear/ rank up is to "ride with the wave" of other sigma (lol) players, solo or not, because all your pugs will be competent and fast. In the case of PvP games, yeah, you face harder competition, but you get better teammates too, so it evens out.

My point is: that is how guild/ premades get formed. That's how cross team/ guild collaborations happen. This change is a big kick in the teeth to that plan though, because you can't group up. QM is a cesspool and tourney mode is whatever right now, so fail.

Have you seen the enMatch paper? Netease did 10,000 test matches to learn a number of things, the important point being that they found increased player happiness when groups are mix ranked because the high levels teach the newbs and the low levels get quality advice. This change kicks that in the teeth because they can't group up. All that data down the toilet.

Do you think that the devs REALLY care about fairness?

If you watch the dev video that I posted a few pages back, much emphasis is on creating "happy matches" to keep players playing and buying. They believe that a mix of wins and losses are what keep the average player engaged (courtesy of the enMatch paper). Does it really make a difference if your losses come from a superior pug or a stack?

Who would argue that playing with pugs is "more happy" than playing with a friend? That's their entire design paradigm down the toilet.

This change is not about fairness; it is about control, plain and simple.

Oh, and no kidding that grouping gives you advantage? It's a team game? Solo queuing is the path of least Resistance; THAT is the reward for solo queuing. Who cares if there's more solos? It's the same complaint since the dawn of online gaming "We want the best rewards for the least effort".

As I said before, I wouldn't mind a well developed tourney system as a place for stacks to go, even if it splits up the community.

Everything in this game is so broken lol. That, and the devs are only making it worse. I'll bet that the devs will never see these words, so bleh. I've had fun, but it's time for a break; if I had actually spent money, I would be pissed.
