Don't want to murder them because then you can't farm xp. What people do is get wanted, run up to the top of the parking garage, chat with Kathy until the wanted goes away, rinse/repeat.

Police won't go to the top floor of the parking garage?! 😳

This is all very interesting and I appreciate the responses, but how should I go about dealing with those turrets?

on the unmodded game
1) Projected Cryokinesis consuming lots of psi points
2) conventional 1 and unload ap bullet on the turret
3) hack the security system, while it is offline melee down turrets to 5% life and finish from afar with Projected Cryokinesis

as i said i plan to mod psi abilities... adding 1 new psi ability called electrokinesis that does electric damage, useful vs robots... also the only way for the player to do electric type damage...

i am fixing my psi run, by modding psi powers ^^
mod is still not finished, but i am making progress...

you dont need the toothpin ability to solve that puzzle. all you need is a magnet, some other thing that is magnetic und the sim card..

if you dont get it now, try something else first and think about it again later..its not neccessary to get in there to progress.

Correct, they're being merged but as of today you cannot play across Odyssey and Horizons in an instance. That will change next Tuesday I believe.

Stupid question maybe, but just to make sure: Is it possible for an Odyssey players to play in the same instance as Horizons players? Just not partake in any Odyssey gameplay if they don't own the DLC?

As it stands ... no. They cannot be in the same instance, as they are using differing clients.

As for CGs, *all* "background simulation" state is shared across the active (as in, not legacy) game modes. Whether 'Horizons' or 'Odyssey', Open, Private Group or Solo.

It's a good option to have, but sometimes you want multiple AA systems shooting same plane, because rockets can miss, and you need to kill this plane asap.

I have a mono black that has a win con that runs Underworld Dreams and Peer Into the Abyss. IDK if anyone else uses it but it almost never goes off. So I built the deck to annoy fools with the Thieves Guild Enforcer and Night Hawk Scavenger until I can play everyone's favorite Phyrexian....I know it is a staple in mono black so it don't really count but I can win on the Enforcer/Night Hawk, Just the silly Obliterator, Underworld Dreams by itself and if I get lucky I can Peer Into The Abyss someone when I have Underworld Dreams out.

So I don't know if my deck counts for what you are looking for or not as it does have at least 1 that I know of common win card.

It's the win con in itself I'm questioning. It's why it seems like mono players use the SAME win cons over and over and over. I haven't come across the one you're describing in a game yet and would actually like too. I'm really not even complaining or asking for anything. Other thing why does it seem like it's the same tired ones over and over.

There will be bugs, but I've had a stable experience with Crucible(spin off of UA) for about 5 skirmishes versus the AI now.

The big three mods are:
Ultimate Apocalypse - over the top, emphasis on getting large units into the game like Titans to be like it's namesake(Apoc version of 40k on tabletop)
Crucible - Offshoot of UA, more focused on balance, stability etc
Unification - Large-scale overhaul that began as a way to merge all the separate race mods into one, been doing own balance, AI tweaks, and updates since then though similar to the above mods

So my recc, just go with Crucible if you're an old UA head like me. I love UA, but like yeah, messy. That's a good description. Bear in mind too, even it should be more stable now that we're on the new architecture as noted above. The main thing bugwise I've seen is largely asset related, like the bottom HUD has black bars on either side when you're 16:9, but I'm assuming that's because the mods just haven't updated or released DE versions yet with the assets scaled properly. Oh, and the mouse is borked, but I get feeling that has something to do with the edits the mods do for the camera, again, not being optimized for modern displays because made for a 20yr old game lol
