maybe, if for some reason this was just dumb luck and not a bug, might I suggest adding a type of pity but for map segments?

Like- If the other map type doesn't show up for an allotted amount of time (I would say 3 days but I'm not a dev), then it would be forced to switch on the fourth day? Like- 3 days of alpines and then the next day mesa?

Never said it wasn't, but also every time that you are asked your name telling someone it is bad even if they shouldn't care (such as a dude smuggling drugs). I was not stunned by lightning, it was the one time it wasn't raining in the swamp. I don't know the button to just wait in place.

Your advice for rushing through areas and getting to the alembic doesn't really apply, since I went pretty extensively into how it was exclusively the "getting to the alembic" bit that I was concerned with since I made it up until I had basically less than a week to do so and had NO money and NOTHING usable. Apparently it was just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RNG, since I did much better the next time before I died to viper poison since I only had six cures and two antidotes and that was not enough.

I don't have to offend you to tell you the truth i think about, and this is the truth: most people, including you, only say half of the truth. This is a natural self-preservation mechanism to avoid taking responsibility or to hide something that shames you. The half-truth you share is the one that validates you and makes you the victim of unfairness, like the example you just described. That's the narrative you and everyone else shares in the forums. But if people or even a pro player could see your gameplay, most of the time we'd be able to find at least a couple of bad behaviors from you too. Even if you are doing good things for the team, that doesn't give you immunity for your bad behavior. You still deserve to be reported. Everyone needs to understand that bad behavior must be penalized no matter the situation, and that's what the system does. The people you reported get penalized, but if you had bad behavior too and they reported you, you will also get penalized. Period.

I call that behavior the Draco Malfoy Syndrome: "You see, honourable as your intentions were, you too were out of bed after hours."

But what i'm saying? i'm probably wasting my time in telling you anything, I'm certain that if anyone finds a misbehavior from you, you will call them "a person who deems themselves absolute and perceives that they know everything."

As you just said, you willingly decide to ignore your own behavior, just like everyone else who complains about the system.

If people want to misbehave freely then they should go play league of legends, you will find there all the people that complains here about dota, i bet playing with them has to be incredible.

I checked your replay. I saw you played position 5 Alchemist and afk-jungled the entire game. Your team was playing 4 vs 5 from the start. Like I said, you did one good thing by using your skills, but you also did a bad thing by not staying with them and helping. So, you got reported.

why shouldn't you get reported? Is it because doing one good thing gives you immunity to put your team in a 4v5 for the entire match?

For me Planetside stopped being fun when they ruined base building.
No auto turrets means that unless you're in a clan one single guy can go in and destroy your base before its even set up. Then they added that base building that does what 3 of the other ones do, meaning anybody could just pop a fully functioning base down and only have to earn like a third of the certs I did. Then they added all those little ad on things that do things like auto repair and shields, but half of them are just useless.

I genuinly feel like they shouldve given back the certs you used on stuff. Now obviously the community being what it is the response was "herr derr just earn more certs" but for me it just wasnt even worth it anymore. I still hop on a few times a year, but truth be told PlanetSide died the moment they launched the base building update.
