You're looking for mods with the word Transmog.

There's one through the in-game mod manager that has no dependencies and has survived through a few hotfixes without needing any update, but it has a few limitations. Less prone to breaking with hotfixes.

There's one from NexusMods by the same person that requires the script extender mod that had to be updated with hotfixes, but it's more versatile. More risky to break with hotfixes due to the dependency.

I think that the Shellback elite is an outlier in terms of what kind of skill it takes to kill it. And as such, it would be nice if it was moved more inline with the others.

Now, if that is best done by nerfing its stats (again) or by making the other elites more interesting is up for debate. But currently, it’s just so different that it feels like a different kind of enemy completely, and it would be nice if all of the elites felt as diverse from each other as the shellback does to the rest.

I'll add my 2cents as well!

The combat: when two armies collide in a hexagon, that hexagon should be the battlefield (randomly generated or handcrafted, depending on the type of tile we are fighting on), not the world map.
This breaks the immersion a lot, in my humble opinion.

The 'unit cards' pale in comparison to the ones for leaders and heroes. Instead of just taking the 3D model and striking a cool pose, why not put in a little more effort? Take the unit tiles in Total War, for example.

The temperatures on my 3070 are a bit too high for what's on screen. Endless 2 is a 4X game and 4X games are meant to be played over longer sessions. I think optimising that aspect (consumption and temperatures) is important.
