Just extract it into your deusex/system folder and set the renderer to direct3d9 from the launcher
Right I messed up the name

Just to clarify, in the renderer options in the launcher, you should have: Direct3D and Direct3d9 listed.. select Direct3d9 from that list and you should be good to go, nothing else needed
