And I think your question to "why" is literally answered in the original post. I've been making slow progress, and I haven't had a chance to see a lot of the game yet. They talk about removing traps, and I don't want to lose my chance to experience those.

True, that would be useful and makes total sense. We will have to see how our designers approach it, I can't promise anything, but I see your point.

We will keep working through the most urgent tasks and the first new features/content updates.

That's clearly not true, a controller with a more accurate analogue input is going to give you better fine control. I have 4 controllers but only use a specific 1 for this game, it has a smoother analogue stick action which helps with finding a smooth tempo.

if you can find this specific sound (I never knew they idled, but I usually moor them a little bit away from base to keep them safe from critters).

Unfortunately i couldnt find a way to make it work, I managed to experiment and succesfully silence other sounds but not the boat's, thanks for tryng though.
