It's not an UPS issue. It's such a nothing-burger footnote in code it's not worth knowing it's there. 99,99% of the things done to keep the counter need to be done anyway, and the complexity of the calculations is as flat as it gets.

I'm not excited about any new releases. I would like to be able to play Clair Obscur - Expedition 33 but that's not happening as my computer can't run it. Am I excited about it?

Hype is anathema to being a good consumer.

Players have their own units and they can choose which view they are in. While you are looking top- down your teammate might be in 3P at the same time. With one key you can switch from one view to the other.

You can play on the same team, or on opposing teams. All SP missions and the dynamic campaign can be played solo and also in co-op.

Thank you so much for responding! I think that gets to what I was saying. I was pretty much just wondering if I could avoid the RTS part by being one of my friend's grunts haha, since I'm bad at RTS.

My point is, rather, the fact that OP (pretty sure that their stance is being a purist) is comparing a localization with OTHER localization, thinking that the other LOCALIZATION is the "original" one.
Which is not true, since KR is the original script.


And just for information, there is a localization error in the event, that I already reported to the CS, but is not the one talked in this thread

All I understand is that you're still using the same tactics like anyone actually would agree with you, lmao. No, most people don't know KR, so they will need a translation, yes, he's comparing "localizations", but that doesn't matter, not all translations are good but they're all definable as localization and the "armpit" translation is good.

Easy solution, wait till the game is discounted low enough to fit your priceing idea. Willing to pay 60€ for the game? Wait till the Premium Edition is at that price. By that time you might even want to wait a little longer? also fine.

This solves the Problem and when enough people do it it sends a clear message to the Publisher.

Honestly what I will likely do. Cheaper than that though probably, unless the gameplay after launch somehow is amazing.

time flows differently within the canvas world , but its something akin to 1day in 'reality' is close to 1year inside the canvas

ie aline had renoir trapped in the canvas for over 2 months , while clea is busy trying to fight a war on two fronts outside , thus she was tired of waiting and wanted to get renoir out

it seems like in the 'real world' verso has 'died' only fairly recently , say a few months ago , since alicia's burns have all healed , obvs she is forever scarred , but the wounds are not fresh anymore

so it seems at around the point in time of when the epilogue is happening , verso 'died' several months back , alicia has been slowing healing/recovering , aline started to spend more and more time inside verso's childhood canvas , changing it and re-creating 'lumiere' inside the canvas world along with all of the humans [it had previously only been the gestrals and esquie and francois afaik] , then renoir enters the canvas to try to get aline to leave , she refuses and they begin to fight , renoir creates his axons inside the canvas to fight aline and this is the fracture , aline moves lumiere to the bottom of the world to save it from the hauler , which simon later kills ; this would be year 0 for the expeditions , a few weeks later in the real world and clea realizes that she is going to have to do something to help renoir otherwise aline could potentially trap him in there forever , so clea enters and paints over her copy and has her become a nevron making factory [the painted clea tries to rebel but she is not strong enough to resist real cleas paintress powers , thus all she can do is create the few white nevrons , she is also apparently able to empower simon before the real clea over-paints her]

then again , a few weeks/days later is when we see alicia and clea having their discussion in the epilogue , its been 51 years since the fracture in the canvas at around that point , and clea already knows that aline will eventually be starved of chroma and eventually renoir will be freed , so the stakes are not terribly high , but if alicia wanted to be helpful she could try to enter the canvas and get renoir out sooner ; this obvs fails and alicia is over-painted by aline's chroma and lives as maelle for the next 16 years within the canvas , and this is where our adventure begins
