Google for Steam error code 53

I don't know why but whenever I try to launch it nowadays, it says that its busy and error code 53. Help!

Can someone help me I have Mcaffe security but it ran out and keeps bugging me.

I can't even finish the installation of this game. I have searched on this and everywhere on Google and nothing works. I have uninstalled my Anti - Virus, turned off my firewall, deleted the exe. then verified cache and restarted steam. Followed everything I have been told to do and nothing is working, I want my money back or official support because this is total BS ! And as I can tell Codemasters aren't bothered to help anyone on here it's just blank threads with people having the same problem.

i dont think i paid $20 for this? please fix asap. thanks.

Been getting this message for over 2 days. I'd really like to play the game I just paid for.

So... the steam article on support for this code is down. Do I just have to wait it out, or is something else the matter?

The game is installed, it just needs to "complete installation".
