Any crime can be prosecuted as a hate crime if the offender has either:

demonstrated hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity
Or

been motivated by hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity

Although personally I’d remove religion from that category as it isn’t innate trait and should be treated the same as for example belonging to political group.

in the U.S., hate speech is defined as, and i quote from a court ruling:

"Hate speech is free speech"

I clearly said civilised countries, so I’m not sure why are you brining US here.

Yeah - it's noticeably cooled down a bit here in Florida, as well. Makes it possible to actually do things - the heat just saps any and all motivation from a person, in many cases.

Yes there are bugs and the issue is they have not been fixed at all and in some cases years bro! So why act like we cant say anything? Why act like we have a limited supply of questions is there a certain number we cannot cross? If you have no issue why come here to bother those that do? Go play your unbroken version of the game and let us bring up our issues without harassment.
