What can I do to make this game work?

Hey y'all,

Tried launching WH40K: Space Marine to come face to face with a launch error that basically states: "The Steam Servers are too busy to handle your request" (error code 53)

I saw that
this error is common when other products, such as Anti-Viruses, are running in the background causing some interference. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the issue at hand.

Any ideas?

I want to deactivate this machine before I move to another one,
but I failed to do so, would someone tell me what the problem is?

I'm realistic, this is probably just me venting:

ME (in 2015): Attempting to reinstall a few games after installing Windows 10. Receive error code 53 repeatedly. Have followed ALL Steam Help

pls help me with this problem whenever i try to load up civ it says completing installation it gets to 100% and then tells me that the servers are too busy

This is the ONLY game this happens to for me.

I have tried everything to help stop this, I have:

E-mailed 2K
Turned off real time scanning
Verified all of the files in the games
Re-Installed both the games and steam
Deleted all of the filed in steam except SteamApps and Steam.exe

Nothing has worked, I tried to stop my McAffe subscripton but apparently thats not an option, i need help because otherwie I can't play 70% of my games and any others that get updates untill August. Does anyone have any suggestions with things I could do? (Steam have'nt done anything so I felt i had to ask the community)

two days of this now, and its getting to be annoying. why is it happening? i have checked the game cache to see if that helped, it did not.
