什么操作都没有，只要不在暂停中就会不定时弹出

You have to buy them with tokens. They should be at the bottom of the game list after all the stages and stuff with the rest of the characters like the bosses and such. They should be the last two. I believe they're 30 tokens each so ... two decent runs through story should get you enough for them. I'm not sure how the return for tokens on survival is.

Buying the game is more than enough, but if you atleast want a bang for the buck DLC characters cost 5 dollars each and allows you to early unlock them from the get go instead of waiting till you reach endgame, they can also be played earlier than any other character asides from the starter ones (Gran/Djeeta, Rosetta,Rackam,Eugen,etc...), pretty much as soon as you can talk to Siero. After that i'd say recolors/emotes but some are hella expensive in my opinion and the DLCs that give you resources are not recommended in my opinion.
