You can get this achievement only in first mini game, because of code structure. Game doesn't check score every mini game, only on first and you need to get exactly 69 score

Its not the gpu, if it does it in 3-4 very specific encounters. I think that the arenas for fighting monster while you are at those 3 areas is what is causing the issue.

This is one of the worst designs ive ever seen in a game. There's no animation for the buff to learn this knowledge check, and its incredibly punishing to ALL players for doing what they're supposed to do.

Its so dumb that they designed this game with expectation that players consult random online message boards.

You can easily tell when he's about to do his "walk" because he always does this after one specific attack, then afterwards he's holding his sword in his mouth.

Not that hard to learn after couple of fights.

I am having the same issue. Tried everything. On a laptop too, but a friend who just purchased their laptop did not have an issue.
