the issue may be due to the shxt Windows DX12 and UE5 which are lack of optimizing.

I switched to Nobara (a distro based on Fedora), with Proton GE 10.10, I got stable 60fps (no FG). It was way so smoother than on Windows.

The game works for me on desktop Linux using default Proton 9.0-4. And I see that Valve verified the game on Steam Deck with proton-9.0-4RC on 29 July 2025

So unless something changed since Valve tested the game, it should work on Steam Deck with the recommended Proton version.

Considering some mentioned there is no way to see where you are clicking. Maybe this could be related to some graphics settings? Like resolution/scaling, perhaps changed between Windowed/Borderless/Fullscreen.

(And btw do not disable shadercache when playing games that have videos, because that also disables converted videos)

Ever since I hit power level 8 I have found nothing other than "Powerclub 3300E" for my weapon blueprints. I am now over Power Level 10.
The strangest thing is that I am not even finding any of the lower level weapons. It is powerclub EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Is it a bug that I am only finding powerclubs or was it a bug that I was able to find other things?

I guess I should feel a bit flattered maybe...
I'm not really used to that kind of attention. I don't think I'm that interesting.

I'm trying to figure out how to do the level editor in multiplayer. When I invite someone, they are just thrown to the main menu?

i welcome the updates, means they are working on the game.

But with a Game facing this kind of issues together with Steam (yes yes... its Steams fault...blabla but most Games seems not to have this issue, so I would say its a combination issue of Steam and Ark...) where many people can faster redownload 200gig of Data for a fresh installer than do a 13mb patch... it might be better to do a Patch per week not per day...

only takes 2-3 mins for patches for me but its usually longer for others so i get where you are coming from.
