An Early Access game is a game where the developers let you play the game before it's 1.0 release, nothing more, nothing less.
The game could be in a totally broken state and near unplayable state and it would still qualify.
It is not the people saying "it's early access deal with it" who are wrong, you are wrong for expecting a polished product.
No early access game is a polished product, and the few early access games that are near-polished products rightfully stand out as some of the very best Early-Access games there are.
But that does not mean you can expect every Early-Access game to follow that extremely difficult to attain example as if it was a standard, because it is not a standard.

And before anyone goes in with "But it is a AAA game!" - Is it? Cause last I checked, AAA games sold for 60 to 80 dollars and often have tons of microtransactions and buggy crap despite so-called 1.0 launches.
Just because it is developed and published by a big company does NOT inherently mean it is a AAA game, grounded is more like a AA game, because even if Obsidian is owned by Microsoft now, who knows how many developers are actually assigned to G2 (I have not been able to find any conclusive numbers).
What I do know is that it is far from all of Obsidian's staff, because OW2 is also currently in development, and at least half their staff will be working on that project.
So at best, there are around 150 people (Likely far less given administrative and executive overhead) people working on G2
(In comparison, Bethesda has over 600 total employees, and they only are actively developing 1 game at any given time, easily having 300-400 people working on one of their games)

Take these numbers with some grains of salt, I literally just googled them myself, and the sources used might be outdated.
Despite this, the fact is that if you treat G2 as a AAA game, then it would be one of the smallest AAA games in developer numbers in a decade. (Again, from a quick google)
Even Baldurs Gate 3 had by my estimates some 400 to 450 odd people working on it.

And again, that 150 people is me assuming almost HALF of obsidian's total employees are working on G2, not accounting for any executive or administrative staff.
If I guestimate a number that does account for that, It easly drops another 30 people.
I'm using 150 to account for any outside resources that obsidian may be calling on.

And while 150 people may *sound* like a lot, for a AAA game it is downright tiny.
To put it into perspective, that is only some 50-odd more then the estimated MINIMUM amount of people who worked on making `Clair Obscur: Expedition 33` a reality. (And it took somewhere between 5-6 years to do that)
So the fact that 150 people plan to make G2 feature complete in just around 3 years, even with them having the ability to draw upon their previous work in G1 is downright impressive.

100% wrong arguments. Stay a clown buddy.
And you are a literal 5 year old, after all, if you can just spew things without any backing evidence and treat them as the truth, so can I.... So do everyone a favor and go cry to your parents instead of bothering people on the internet.

No missable DLC cheevos. Some just have really obscure steps as usual.

Rahmuel's Throne
- Just play through the entire DLC as intended. You'll get it after beating the DLC story final boss.

Thoughtbound
- Go back to the final room of the DLC dungeon and check the spring. Check spring and throne for dialogue and exit again. Come back to room once more and check spring again, you'll be transported to a dark void. Wander around till you find NPC that triggers a scene and a boss fight. Do this two more times. Yes, the dark void is a pain in the ass. Just wander around and you'll eventually find what you need.

What's new with Airene
- Finish Reina's Epilogue character quest (She's at the single house near Vavelia's east gate). Her quest is pretty straightforward.
- Trigger Airene's scene with her on the ship (the ship is on the most northwestern coast and you need to ride the turtle to get there)
- Talk to the NPC left in the Death Squad Lair
(Not sure if there's any specific order to do the stuff above, but you need to do all three)
- Go to Laoba forest, most northeast section and you should find Reina and Airene there. Finish the gimmick fight.

Friend of Kurda Clan
- Enter Kurda Village, finish mandatory fight
- Report to Matt at the Golem gang hideout, he'll ask to deliver a letter to Kurda village
- Talk to the researcher right next to the headless golem in Kurda village
- Get back the head of the headless golem from the bandit hideout at the same cave where you find the DLC wolf pet
- Go to redbeard and pay money
- Give the head back to the Golem researcher, exit town (or wait some time maybe?) and come back
- He says that he's not making any progress, set Lighting Bell as your active pet and talk to him
- Exit town (or also maybe let some time pass) and talk to golem researcher, he should now acknowledge Matt's letter

News of the Friends in Lalaque
- Might need a certain amount of progress in the DLC story. The specific point I think is where certain Lalaque characters finally get their closure and a certain magic circle is now in the middle of town. After that, just talk to the Grandpa/Town Elder. Exhaust his dialogue by talking to him a couple of times.

The Story of Luna
- This one is pretty straightforward. Just keep talking to Luna at her house and finish her bosses/quests in the snow region. Might also need a certain amount of DLC story progress before her quests begin I think. (Also might need to talk to her adoptive mother back in Vavelia maybe?)

Getting Closer with Justice
- After the opening events of the DLC at Elysion Temple, Justice should be at Vavelia in front of the church. Talk to him. Exit town and he should be at his house (literally closest house to the church on the right side of the street). Talk to him there. Then talk to Robin who should now be where Justice was in front of the church. Then go back to Justice's house and he shouldn't be there. Talk to Robin and he'll tell you to find Justice at Rocky hill. Go to the slope going towards Durok's Temple in that area and take a slight detour to the cliffside where you should find him. Then go back to Pieberry's house and a scene should trigger. Go meet Justice at the church again after this.
- Note that there MIGHT be some mandatory town exiting or time progress needed between those steps. And you also MIGHT need to finish Livya's epilogue quest too. But I'm not sure about that. If needed, Livya's house is the one Melina is standing in front of. And the steps of Livya's quest are pretty straightforward.

For Thoughtbound, after 2 bosses fights, I already go through every directions and nothing happen. Is there a pattern for it?

There are 3 boss fights with Jude. Last one for me was triggered after running at 3 o'clock direction.
