You can also map the right track pad as a mouse do to the same thing but I find it more convenient to just use the screen itself, first time that the touchscreen is actually useful in a game for me haha.

if you hate the story, keep in mind that what makes MH cool is the late game grind. The story is sadly something that capcom is incapable to make "good": at best they make it tolerable.

To my experience, games which are bad or badly received have forums where the last entry was monthes ago. So, or Starfield is not really bad or we need a psychologist to explain why people bother a great deal of their time to make senseless threads here, and no, I don't believe in such conspiration theories like paid people to flame forums pro or contra the game.
I tend to think that Starfield is fairly good enough to keep this forum busy, and as for senseless threads, that's a trait of Steam where low-minded opinions are easily published out of frustration, that's true for all games.

Is it me or the wood texture looks buggy as in semi transparent and can be seen through?

While I'm no expert, I have a decent knowledge of antiquity. Recently I've been reading more about the Eastern Roman Empire. Who incidentally, never called themselves Byzantines. Nobody else at the time called them that either. They called themselves Romans, and were called Romans by everyone else. The term Byzantines was a later invention.
