Ok, basically when ever i try to start a new game it will crash every time, also i have getting some major lag! I used to have 60fps constant then i got on one day and it
wouldn't peak over 20!

Specs:
Intel core i7-5820k
EVGA Geforce GTX 960 ssc
and skyrim is saved on a 2tb HDD that i defrag twice every week
