Just do something and allow people to log out from Steam app mobile while steam guard authenticator is active on account! It's ridiculous to not be able to log out from app because I have mobile authenticator active!

Modded console. 360 can only really be Hardmodded, there is a slight softmod that can be activated per console power cycle but not reliable and takes long time.

You have two skill bars you can swap between when you switch weapons, and you can put a skill on bar I but not bar II or vice versa if you want

funny enough, the skills *used* to have their own individual levels, but that got changed in an update to the current system

If you follow the quests you will go to a downed ship and testing station. It will tell you to build a sandbike. Then it will tell you to cross the gap. You drive north into Eastern Vermillis, the second zone of the map.
I think that is what you are referring to.

You can find posts I've made on my main account from over 6 months ago saying it's 1-4.
A part of it is luck based, depending on region population and time of day.
