Xenons can't capture this sector easily. VIG, PAR, ARG, and TER can also put up a good fight against Xenons here, so if it happens at all in your game, it could take a very long time (of course, you can help the Xenons by sabotaging the stations). My advice, if you don't want to mess around with tricks and mods, take the sector by force. You'll regain your reputation easily, now (8.0) even agents can help you.

And the RobCo Fun magazines include a game holotape, featuring what was presumably (for the Fallout pre-war timeline) a new-release game.

When every single game appears to have people you deem "looking to get carried" then there is probably a common denominator. You have 80 hours. I guarantee you are not as good at the game as you seem to think you are.
