Just to clarify, in the renderer options in the launcher, you should have: Direct3D and Direct3d9 listed.. select Direct3d9 from that list and you should be good to go, nothing else needed

I Also had the issue with it still not working after downloading all of them. but it worked after downloading msvsr100.ddl and msvsr110.ddl from https://www.dll-files.com/ and then extracting both then moving them to the game's local files
