ok that changes things. so you have gpu/cpu/ram usage monitor turned on either through steam or some 3rd party app, and you see how the usage is changing in real time as you play? Should have mentioned it in the beginning
Still I believe you should do a system wide update. Your computer is more or less like mine 7 years ago (yes I know, 4060 wasn't a thing then but gpus with similar or better specs were), I'd start with buying a new gpu even of the same or even earlier generation, look at for example 6800xt which you can buy really cheaply nowadays. My 6800xt can handle this game at 60fps, ultra details and high ray tracking in 2k, and you can buy that nowadays for like 300$ unused

His GPU is way more than adequate. Elden Ring will run 60fps 1080p High preset with a 1060 6GB, so long as neither the CPU nor RAM cause bottlenecks. Performance issues with better GPUs indicates a CPU or RAM bandwidth bottleneck (or some bad settings killing performance).

Same here, horrible rubber banding seemingly randomly. Everyone running perfectly fine with 80+ fps, yet NPCs will rubber band, teleport around, arrows will not fire, etc. This is with 3 players who literally live in the same city, mind you, so network is also not a factor. Something is very wrong with the multiplayer networking in this game.

No stream is currently announced on the discord, I hear they are pushing hard for a new feature so the usual schedule may be disrupted for some time.

If you're almost where I'm at in terms of unit investment… then what on earth is this thread even supposed to be? You have now admitted to having resources. You have said you do have units built enough to clear the difficulty you're trying to clear and that you do indeed clear that difficulty on nearly every raid. I do not understand the point of any of this and I feel like everyone's time has been thoroughly wasted.

Agreed. Also read a BZ post saying lightning can damage solar cells built above the waterline. Started me musing about a SN2 planet where lightning is a major force.

• Lighting starts out as in BZ - mostly decorative
  
• But this world has a 'Lightening Season' - increasing in frequency and intensity as your game progresses. Giving you good reason now to build progressively deeper

• Later blueprints enable devices with 'charged capacitor' technology. E.g. Guns that stun fish with electrical bolts, electrostatic tractor beams, electrical barriers to guard your base from hostiles etc.
