There is no such thing as hard ARPG, They are all unbalanced - most common cases you one shot everything and/or you get one shot as well.
So there is no such thing as hard ARPG, grindy ARPG is a thing and the crown for longest, boring grind fest is held by PoE and PoE2 - 2 cases where the end game is not even real and don't have minimal effort put into it to make it have more fleshed out story lines.

Sirus is a difficult fight due to the tornadoes.

ARPG's CAN be hard. It's just that for the majority of content (maps and content with large groups of simple mobs) it's difficult to make "hard", because as you said, you either 1 shot or get 1 shot.

Bosses are easier to tune in this regard as they can have large health pools to off-set being 1-shot as well as have different abilities and phases so they can whittle your resources (health/mana flasks) instead of instantly draining your health pool.

when are you people going to stop buying their games? they clearly do not care about you. they're literally shipping a botched pc port. i'd refund it if i were you, with compile heart, i'd never expect an actual patch to fix this mess
