If you’ve been playing Conqueror’s Blade for any meaningful amount of time — especially this current season — you already know how far this game has fallen. What was once a unique concept has devolved into a shameless, pay-to-win cash grab.

The developers haven’t just neglected their own creative vision; they’ve actively undermined it. This season’s design choices manage to insult and distort the very culture and history the game is supposed to celebrate. It’s as if accuracy and respect were thrown out the window in exchange for quick monetization tactics.

The pay-to-win mechanics aren’t subtle. They’ve been pushed so aggressively that skill and effort are irrelevant compared to how much you’re willing to spend. This isn’t game progression — it’s financial gatekeeping disguised as content.

Worse, the publisher appears to be engaged in coordinated review manipulation. Every so often, they roll out waves of suspiciously positive reviews from accounts with 1–2 hours of playtime. This isn’t an opinion — it’s a recognizable pattern. Such practices not only violate Steam’s review policies, but in many jurisdictions they cross into illegal territory regarding false advertising and deceptive marketing.

To the community: stop rewarding this behavior. Don’t enable developers and publishers who prioritize quick cash over honest game design. Report fake reviews when you see them. Every manipulated rating contributes to the decay of trust in the industry and hurts players in the long run.

What’s happening with Conqueror’s Blade isn’t just one bad season — it’s a case study in how greed can ruin a game and erode an audience. The only winning move here is to walk away, speak up, and stop giving them money to fuel this cycle.

Open the Tower and get down and on the third floor you can access it through a portal.

I just pod launch the cube when I get it. It will cause the one guaranteed addicted colonist to go catatonic for a bit when they hit their limit, but that is a small price to pay for safety.

So you mean BF3.3 ? Because Battlefield 4 was regarded as BF3.5 at the time

Casual is casual, if you cant even handle bots or learn to improve, go elsewhere. Or just do training and challanges for a while.

From my personal experience, ranked is more casual than the actual casual mode. Currently Platinum II so far and it feels less stressful than getting your face pushed in by cracked out bots and wallet warriors.

TF2, may play in october again

11 August 2025, I had just selected some quests, playing solo because I'm in Australia and squading up with others around the world, the latency tends to be quite high, so I enter into Ashen Mesa solo with several quests to complete> I complete all quests and was on my way to the Extraction across the bridge, then I hear a knock at my front door. Its a potential new flat mate as I'm presently living in a house and paying $700 to live in the Gold Coast burbs, any way I'm to far away from a extraction point, so i find what seems to be a safe place to hide my character and go check the front door. I get completely side tracked, I show my new flat mate through my home, we sit and chat and get to know each other and we a have a cup of coffee, and eat and chat some more and eventually they leave and an hour or more goes by and I realize my character is still in Ashen Mesa, unharmed tucked away, phheeew! So I take control again and go straight to an Extraction. Cool, great. Got a load of XP, I prestige the OLD MAN character. But wait, what? I go to get s few more quests and check my rep with the traders and they've all disappeared, there's not a single one to interact with. So I figure the game has glitched, I was in that one round on Ashen Mesa for over an hour. Maybe the game was expecting me to die of starvation or something. Anyway, I close the game down, start back up, same thing. Ok, close the game down, Shutdown the pc, start up the pc and start up The forever Winter, and again nothing to interact with accept my load out and maps. So enter a map with a very basic load out, I extract. Still nothing. I go in again, Very basic load out, I die on purpose. Still able to select any quests, still unable to squad up. So one more thing, I change the physical clock and date of my pc, to fast track any reset timers, and still nothing after going into games with basic stuff and extracting successfully. I still can't select quests, and shut the game down and watch a movie or two. And now its the next day and I try again, and still nothing except going into a any map and looting it, getting xp for k!lling mobs and looting the good stuff. And also still can't connect to other players.

Any ideas from The Forever Winter fans?
