Maybe I'm incredibly thick, but I don't understand how to play the pirate.

I understand the following:
1) Pick-axe breakables provide a golden coin, which have their value increased for each Axe breakable destroyed.
2) Axe breakables provide a silver coin. which have their value increased for each pick-axe breakable destroyed.
3) this means there is a balance to strike with axe and pick-axe breakables to ensure that the coin value increased.

Issue: even after getting the golden and silver coin tooltips to state they are currently $50, when I sell the coins I only get one dollar.
It's like the pirates innate debuff (everything sells for $1) is overriding the price the coins are supposed to be selling for?

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I have a bad feeling about this... at least Jonathan could go official now, that the game will never be finished.

Just upgraded from standard edition to ultimate, and received 3000 platinum, but am I supposed to also get some kind of token or something which unlocks this season's entire reliquary system? Except the first one, they are now all locked and must be opened using platinum. Am I misunderstanding something here?

I've 10 years old CPU (allmighty i7 600K <3) and 4060 Ti. The moment when I've switched from HD display to 4K display and my resolution from FullHD to 2k all games started to work great. My point is it isn't necessary to increase GPU load and what you said is still inaccurate. You can achieve better results by just capping your framerate, even if you're playing the game in 240p.

If you want to see your frametimes, use RTSS with the frametime graph turned on and you'll see if you don't set an FPS cap that your frametimes are all over the place.
It's still worth capping your framerate even if you don't notice the microstuttering or higher latency. After playing with a capped framerate for a while I can now feel when I don't have it capped and it doesn't feel great.

My frametime is fine. sub 7 ms in the Superdestroyer and maximum is around 8-11 ms during missions, UWQHD, Ultra, Native and FPS uncapped. It doesn't even spike.
