I cant open it on my main monitor and when i move to it my main monitor and put it back to borderless fullscreen it moves back to my vertical monitor. Very frustrating

What's the tell that it's time to build more buildings/districts on a planet? Is it simply number of unemployed?

After the latest update the image shakes quite a bit/becomes jiggery when playing. When you pause the game the everything becomes still once again.

Nah. It's really just because some relics are base content, and without Ancient Relics you can't really obtain sufficient minor artifacts.
