tbh pretty sure I am not the only one spending in this game... I just left them around 200€ for all expacs and some extra gems (pre ordered the ultimate for the enxt expac)

also server costs arent that insane when u already own them...
ffxiv pays a few mill yearly (they have way bigger servers then gw2) so anet wont be paying anything near that maybe 500k a year?
also dont forget servers arent the only cost, u got customer servicce, development and maintance, etc.

Also GW2 made over 850 mill in 2024 total.
Even if the game really dies they will just use smaller servers and keep the game up...
