when i launch cracked gmod after the updates , it's say's that the steam_api.dll is missing , i checked the file , but it was there , how i can fix it?

Hi everyone !
I just wanted to launch Farcy 3, but steam tells me that it's unable to find steam_api.dll.
I already tried to verify the integrity of the files but it didn't worked.
Does anyone have

how to fix?

Cant run cs-go, erroor says (in short) steam_api.dll is missing.

My friend, Shadow have the game Euro Truck Simulator 2 and can't play online because of the missing "steam_api.dll". He can launch and play the game normally but doesn't have access to multiplayer

I used to be able to launch the game fine, but now the above mentioned error is keeping me from playing. I copy-pasted the steam_api.dll file that I do indeed have contrary to what the game itself is
telling me into every possible location it could be missing from (Far Cry 3 game directory, Steam directory, System32, etc.) but its still persisting. I already reinstalled the game but that too did nothing.

is there anything i can do to solve this?
