The studio is in a very bad shape since the release of Nightingale. They expected to sell 2 millions copies on the first month and they only achieved 20% of that goal. And most of the players where very disapointed by a game that was obviously released too early.

Many future additions to the game have been abandoned, and third of the employee were fired.

Shader compilation seems to be later (green rotating circle). Try veryfing the game files, it worked for me.

HE should have signed the merchandise contract.

A studio / people of the industry will see you as The One who made that movie.

That increases demand and value for your next role.
Keep doing it and you get to set your price.

Nothing stopping a person from using their money for investment either.
