I used to fly domestic for frequent holidays, and having a fear of heights, everytime I flew I was absolutely terrified. So I started watching Aircraft Investigation and getting into the Flight Sim genre to understand Aerodynamics more. From there, years later I took the next step ;] and even though I would still crap my pants looking down from a bridge... I can at least appreciate the freedom of flight.

Going back to the point of how gaming was much more fleshed out and passionate back in the day, the reason that I am mainly a Sim fanatic is purely because the way the gaming industry went. Games started telling you how to play each and every step of the way, which I couldn't stand, and the more years went on, the more Games were littered with that rubbish, and the majority of them don't provide options to turn them off, or even if you can turn them off, it can sometimes make the game impossible.

So now I no longer enjoyed general gaming, I needed to source out another form of enjoyment for my gaming time, so through the love of using my TrackIR through my FSX/P3D years, I started to source out what other games utilise it's hardware, which is generally games in the simulation genre [although there are others about].

So basically, my new enjoyment was seeking immersion with Simulation Games that supported TrackIR, and the correct Controller support [wheels, yokes etc], TML are one of those Developers who support both Wheel and TrackIR, hence my purchase of Fernbus years ago.

So now on to your points of Games suggestions, and why you found them enjoyable. Firstly, yes Remember Me was a good story, and the story was the reason I enjoyed it so much. I enjoyed it enough to even review it, but yes Action Games are not my thing, however the story pushed me through it.

Life is Strange is also good [however I struggled with 2, and haven't continued since, but will eventually]. As for The Longest Journey and Dreamfall, I do own all 3, and have completed the first one a few years ago. Was a really good story, started the second one, and got distracted with something. So I still have to finish them.

As for you reading Bus Manuals, well even though I have no interest in Trains, Trucks, Buses, etc, pretty much anything I find immersion in some form of a "simulation aspect", then I tend to find myself researching into their industry.

I'm not gonna lie, when I first tried TML's Fernbus years ago, even though I enjoyed it to a small degree using my peripherals, the poor performance and what I felt were "boring drives" just didn't get me looking into Buses. The last couple weeks though I have been looking into them much more... and not gonna lie, a little addicted at the moment lol.

But that's the thing, even the Games mentioned above have their issues, but we still praise them because we look at them a certain way, and enjoy them for that. That's basically how I try and find enjoyment in my Simulator Games that are "sub-par" in Development, because if they want to classify themselves as a "Simulator", then i will try and play it as one.

Unfortunately... Tourist Bus doesn't have a way to turn off the Parking Markers [that I'm aware of], which can really ruin the experience.

I've really been enjoying this drivers video's. He is very chill and relaxing to watch.

Dear CSGO and CS2 Team,

This isn’t just about a game. It’s about a part of our lives, something we've carried with us through years, through versions, through sleepless nights and roaring arenas. Counter-Strike is not just entertainment; it’s a memory, a brotherhood, a heartbeat that connects millions across continents, generations, and languages.

You didn’t just create a game. You built a legacy. A universe. A feeling.
But right now… it feels like that legacy is being abandoned.

I’ve spent more than 15,000 hours in Counter-Strike over multiple accounts. That’s not just a number. That’s my youth, my friends, my passion, my escape. I’ve watched this game grow, fall, rise, and evolve. I've cheered in crowded halls with thousands of others. I’ve played until sunrise. I’ve met lifelong friends through clutch rounds and eco wins. And yet today, in 2025, I find myself wondering if the game I loved is still here.

Every day I queue up hoping for the thrill I once knew. And every day, I'm met with cheaters, not one, not two… but sometimes entire lobbies. In just one day, I played five premiere games. Seven cheaters. One of them dropped 40 kills, hitting headshots through walls and smokes as if physics didn’t exist.
I was sneaking through lower mid on Mirage, windows smoked off. He shot me through the wall. I repositioned to bench while sneaking, he hit me again. I tried hiding in the corner, and he found me through solid concrete. It’s not bad luck. It’s not paranoia. It’s just broken.

Leetify shows stats that make your blood run cold. Some of these players, blatantly cheating, have a lower time-to-kill than actual Tier 1 professionals by like 30%. How is that even possible? How can we still be here, after all these years, watching VAC fail over and over again?

It hurts.
Not because of lost games. Not even because of the cheaters themselves.
But because you, the creators of something so legendary, are letting it rot from the inside.

There are third-party systems out there, built with fewer resources, that are doing a better job than VAC. Why can’t we? Why isn’t this the priority? Why are we patching map pixel-corners while the soul of the game gets hollowed out by cheaters?

This game deserves better. We deserve better.
The community has been loyal through so much. We’ve given our time, our hearts, our stories to this world. And now we’re asking, begging, for one thing in return: Protect it. Don’t let it die like this.

Use hardware bans. Rebuild VAC or buy a working 3. party anti-cheat. Collaborate. Innovate. Do something.
Because if you don’t… this golden era will end not with a bang, but with silence.

Please. Don’t let that happen.

With hope, frustration, and unwavering love,
Everyone from the community
