For people wanting a single player experience, the only thing that matters is if a game has the option to play it single player.

Whether or not the game also offers multiplayer online or casino blackjack mode or pineapple pizza is irrelevant.

I'll try another example: If you go to the supermarket to buy milk, you're not expected to have to buy cheese along with your milk. You are there for the milk. You are not there for the cheese.
The supermarket may sell cheese or sawdust or whatever, this is all irrelevant. You are there for the milk.

It's not a riddle you know.

what makes one persons wants more valid then another persons when it comes to the exact same product where appeasing one persons wants negates the others

game was PvPvE and still is - since there is both PvE and PvP zones present

Hagga Basin - completely PvE except for the shipwrecks (only 13 shipwrecks across 12 different biomes, majority of which are in sheoi)
Deep Desert - was primarily PvP now its 50/50 (PvE/PvP) or close enough to it since the changes

yet apparently that still not good enough, and i suspect it will never be good enough for those people

as for your milk and cheese example (to make it more inline with conversation)
if person A wants milk (PvE)
but person B wants cheese (PvP)
what is the ideal outcome??

• Person A get the milk, Person B goes without (PvE)
  
• Person B gets the cheese, Person A goes without (PvP)
  
• Person A gets the milk, Person B gets the cheese (PvPvE)

From what I've experienced FPS varies geatly. In some locations I can get 80+ FPS (with gpu load around 75%). It looks like this game isn't yet optimized.

The solution is to buy a new GPU =(
My 3060 can no longer handle most modern games at 1440p on high settings
