Even that definition is inaccurate, I don't think you can call a shotgun shell a "bullet"!
Perhaps the use of slug is the problem: a "slug" is "a tough-skinned terrestrial mollusk which typically lacks a shell and secretes a film of mucus for protection." Like so many American slang words, it's not used accurately.

The definition of "bullet" is "a metal projectile for firing from a rifle, revolver, or other small firearm, typically cylindrical and pointed, and sometimes containing an explosive."

VALVe isn't doing anything to stop neo-nazis from existing on their platform and therefore it is drawing the target audience away.
