I refuse to believe you get 60FPS vanilla in a moderate city. This game barely likes to give me 45FPS in a 5000 pop city. I also have a 4070. The game is wildly unoptimized in the graphics department, that's why it has aliasing out the ass no matter what you do unless you force it to run at 2-4x resolution with dynamic resolution.

Also, I want 60FPS because it looks smoother. It's not about twitch reflexes. I hate the "It's not a fast paced game why do you care about FPS" argument. I care about FPS because soap operas look worse than 60FPS video games from 1996, and in 2025, I should be able to have 60FPS video games.

I figured it out. It is dependent on your zoom level. the more you zoom out, the higher the FPS. Makes sense since the further you zoom out, the less details need to be drawn.

Presuming you are not on a lava map... then you HAVE to develop higher density sources, or you will en dup with way too many buildings to defend.
1. Gas and geothermal are the easiest to set up as they are infinite and easy to repair.
2. Biomass is the cheapest, but not efficient unless you have a drone farming/gathering set up.
3. nuclear is by far the best option, but you are looking at a long time to set up, so is more of a late game thing.

Without some form a power backup (UPS/generator/etc) you can't "make sure" of anything.

2) And outages "seldom happen" is highly dependent on your local power grid's resilience.

Granted, updating BIOS on a (relatively) modern M/B is pretty quick, a UPS is comforting.
Especially, considering the hassle of an inopportune outage bricking a single BIOS system.

The odds of losing power at the time of bios updating is the same as being hit by lightning.

Just this very week, I've had to repair 11 different machines for this exact thing happening - granted, that's out of some 12,000 client machines across 11 states and 5 countries, but it can, and does happen. A good IT department just mitigates this long before it becomes a statistic.

There's also nothing wrong with having even a cheap UPS, as most all of them also do power conditioning as well, which, if nothing else, prolongs the life of a power supply. The power that comes out of your outlets is very commonly "dirty", and measuring this with an oscilloscope will actually show you just how "dirty" your power source really is - especially true in Europe, but also pretty common across North America.

Hardly overkill, unless you're buying a massive, rack-mount UPS for a gaming PC.

Because they dont need to mention to you, thje public about the NDA. They just need to show it in court, and then its up to cleveland and co to 'share' theyr side of the story but chances are that wont work for them cause NDA is NDA.

You're making up alternative facts because, frankly, Krafton has nothing by hypotheticals beliefs here to go on. Their entire filing is based on what they believe could have happened if they didn't break the contract and sabotage the release. You don't get to break the law or contracts based on something you believe could happen.
