using an unwinnable fight, that you can choose to keep fighting knowing you will lose, is good use of gameplay for story telling.
The problem is apparently the game failing to frame that it is storytelling so every month we get new a thread of people who think theres no meaning just a barrier that hurts their power fantasy's feelings.

Some of us have to bail out after a short while, should not have to keep restarting from the very beginning. That's crazy. Terrible design choice.

This is the only gacha I play that I don't consistently log in daily. Once I grind just enough astrite to guarantee a pull, I wait until the next story content update because it's the only content I look forward to.

If you want to use beam turrets, go with ARG, they have the fastest traversal, all over beam turrets turn slower.

You need to purchase a personal home to unlock the office now. Think of the office like an addition to a home now. Homes have a weekly cost based off mortgage prices per month in those times. So be wise to have established some money sinks before you purchase your first home :}

Whoa... Closing Crashpad_Handler.exe launched the game.
Also, I saw that the game launched if I chose the "manual launcher" mode... I already forgot what it's called. Not the VR Launcher, but the manual update launcher mode. But I didn't recall my username and password.

For the record, I went ahead and followed the steps and deleted the cache, even though I've reinstalled the game 4-5 times, using different drives (from 2x HDDs in RAID 0 to a couple of different SSDs to trying each of my Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME M.2s (a 2TB one and a 1TB one). My router and modem have been turned off for decent lengths of time while I tried to get IPv6 working.

So it launches, for me, through the Steam log-in way if I close Crashpad_Handler.exe in Task Manager OR if I launch through the other Steam launch option, manual launcher update mode or whatever it's called.

I'm in the game right now.
