Rockstar doesn't want chat. They've stopped caring about Legacy, and it means even less money and resources spent maintaining it on Enhanced. Plus it's that many less scammers. People can use Discord and other means of connecting. Why would they bother? The code is still there. They just don't want it turned back on.

It's typically done by indie studios who don't have the resources to do public alpha tests, but Microsoft is definitely not struggling for resources.

well you really just need to harvest the material after you get the quest to complete it. doesnt require more than that.

Set graphics setting to medium and add -dx11 to your steam launch option. That help me a lot with performance.

Followed advice, but still no fix, locks up during french woman's scene. Games just bugged to hell until they fix it.

Read man. no cooldown on any item, but charge. vial no charge but only cooldown and infinite. maybe vial have charge but cooldown still? unga unga? maybe hold fog to use more charge, let go no fog and then start cooldown? unga unga?
