Theres a reason why no other AAA game allows it, it would actually benefit players if they could make money off worthless skins than just blindly dump money into EA's pockets.

It's unlikely, with Mysterious they delisted the original versions when DX came out. You will get at least one more chance for a discount on them though - DX versions aren't releasing until early November, the Steam Autumn sale will be on 29th September (through to the 6th October). Given how consistent Koei are with their discounting I'd expect something in the range of 65 - 70% off at least given that's been the discount price so far this year. Since it'll presumably be the last time the original titles are discounted they might even go lower to tempt those who'd otherwise wait for the DX release.

Well yeah, I'm guessing you paid more for them than the 65% discount they've been up for sale on recently too. You should never buy a game you don't intend to play in the near future - it'll always get cheaper if you wait. Unless it's Nintendo.

To be fair from what they've announced so far I doubt you're missing much, outside of some minor QoL improvements (mainly the ability to use tools without dismounting and see the basket capacity on the main screen). I can already see Fi becoming annoying in Ryza 2 if he now has the 'have to mention every. single. interactive object. we. pass.' tic many of the party members in Yumia suffer from. I'm also a bit puzzled at the decision to add three returning characters - and extra content for them - to Ryza 3 given one of the biggest complaints many players had with that game was that, thanks to the over-sized roster, we barely got the time to get to know or care about the new characters it introduced.

4. QCF motion for tiger knee sucks

Yeah the game better be a flawless masterpiece for that price. And we're on the wrong track already with that combat reveal and with the game being called Silent Hill even though it is set in Japan and won't probably have nothing to do with the town that gives the IP its name.
