Go to your library and right click Carry The Glass, press properties and in the opened window press "Betas" you will see the "old version" branch there.

no... and while I can play/use K&M left handed I still want proper WASD support.

I mean the main thing about be cutting the length of the levels in half. They really linger on and on. If it felt faster paced and that, it would work a lot better. This doesn't even cost time, much less money. Less is more.

Next up I'd make every boss have a moment where it transitions to a different animation style. This was something established in the first boss fight and only returns in the last one. It would be a fun theme to be different from Cuphead (you're already making boss assets anyways, so you just need new player ones. Not much more work than the original one).

I'd also fix the UI and give better feedback for when the player it hit.

Beyond this, the rest of the stuff would require more budget: animations where some were left out, a couple extra levels for the Beethoven and Cerberus fight that come out of nowhere, some better quality sound effects and music, etc... But I'm trying to put myself in the limitation of the devs.
