Of course I can. It is a substance that has no beneficial effect or nutrition value to your body, its addicitve and consumed exclusively for the purpose of experiencing unhealhty side effects. That is per scientific definition a recreational drug. The fact that we have much worse options with far more devastating effects upon your physique available does not change that.

Also I never asked for a ban. Thats your typical black-or-white US approach to any issue and history has proven multiple times that it does not work. We dont need prohibition, we require education. The only way to reduce and control drug abuse is to make people understand what they are doing to themselfes. You cannot wage war upon drugs. Or crime. Or stupidity and ignorance. Its the lazy answer in line of shooting at the TV screen and changes nothing.

You cannot forbid people from beeing selfdestructively stupid. You can only try to educate them and hope they will learn to do better. Of course that is not easy and often frustrating work. Which is why we still have a lot of that to be done.

I do appericate the help. I think the biggest issue is that Windows 10 WHQL Support didnt appear for me. So i need to find out what motherboard im using. and go from there. The dents in my head now hurt a little bit more than before :D
