It defies secure boot chronology because your indicating a blackscreen before even loading into Windows. Secure boot only prevents unsigned drivers from loading into Windows: not loading the BIOS which occurs first.

Your motherboard and GPU appear to be over 6 years old (by release date) which is around the time when hardware can begin to experience issues with significant usage. It's also possible that it is related to an outdated BIOS or improper interaction with the GPU. However, I see you indicated that you updated the BIOS already so this might not apply.

Also, you assumed that "secure boot" works fine for me. However, I only just barley bypassed many of these issues because I built out a new computer just recently. I think it's completely ridiculous to force users to modify BIOS settings to play a game and was surprised likely just as much as you were.

Regardless, I hope you are able to find a workaround. If nothing else, you might want to consider upgrading your PC in general if you can find a good deal.

Maybe yeah but it would be almost impossible to discern who would run into issues then right? I mean with all the system variables and not knowing which component or software that could trigger this reaction.

That is unfortunately the case.
