Because you can't stack any Affinity Incarnate if you're not playing an Architect culture yourself. Only the Architect culture can build the Monuments required to do so.

I just started an Oathsworn Elysians game since I'm more excited of the new Tomes than the new culture and one of the first vassals I made was an Architect culture Free City. As I was Rallying the Lieges I realized that I just can't benefit from the cultural mechanic. Which makes them underpowered compared to, say, a Barbarian culture unit where their cultural mechanic is tied to a common mechanic, critical hits.

Shademakers and Furies are directly comparable units, and Furies come out clearly better since Savage Strike procs from crits.

Not sure if this is supposed to scale from the vassals Monument since they haven't built one. It's turn 50+ so they ought to by now if they were going to.

I'm experiencing that my knee charge skill resets to level 1 every time, whether I pointed level 2 or 3. and my skill point never got back.
I think it is very critical issue, please fix it as soon as possible.

i was expecting something tactical and more slow paced, but everyone is running around like headcut off

my head is spinning. started straight away on hardcore thinking my long time experience with RE games in general would get me through ok. even moreso after having beat classic RE4 on pro without any unlockables. old tactics don't work and i find myself mashing parry when i should be running away.
