Me and my Friend played MW2 and the first three Lobbys we join were Hacker Lobbys, after that my Friend was VAC-Banned.
What the f*** was that? Nobody of us Cheat...

Indeed you don't know if he didn't cheated ... vac bans are delayed so he probably cheated between 1 week and 5 weeks ago ... can you say with certainty that he didn't cheat in that period? I mean did you sat next to him every minute the last 5 weeks? No ... probably not so you don't know if he cheated.

Bans can take days or even weeks ti take affect. Do you sit next to your friend at a LAN every time he plays? He cheated. Don't be gullible. If he had not cheated he would be here trying to get his account unbanned but you seem to be worried about his account more then he is. I wonder why?

Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans under any circumstances.

Its always a possibility of the person hosting the lobby turning on Aimbot. Aimbot has been detected for YEARS. That's why hacks are so easily detected. He probably turned on an Aimbot and the lobby was banned. It has happened before.. The video was on youtube but it got deleted.

Host-hacks are bannable if you didn't know as these interact with the game process too.... if you download public downloadable ones. Aimbots are undetectable if it is fully private and unknown to Valve. Private cheats cannot be sadly detected unless someone sends the binary file to Valve but I dont think any cheat-developer will do that.
