hello, I have a small problem that my acc is banned without things and I would like you to take care of it because I hacked May and my acc's name is Grant, there were expensive things there and I want it back, can I please get my csgo acc back and remove the ban please I haven't hacked my grant in csgo accis, I got hacked and I got banned, can you please remove the ban?

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

So the ban is correct. Account was used to cheat so it's appropriately banned.
