I would recommend to be careful with injectors. You will get VAC banned if that toolkit you mention hooks into TF2 by accident.

Rule of thumb: if you have to ask if it's safe to use or not, don't use it while playing VAC-secured games.

Nope. Once VAC banned, it's permanent. Steam support cannot help you with it.
